How do I know my child will be safe?

Our number one priority is candidates' safety and wellbeing. Candidates are well supervised at all times throughout the day. All staff have been through a rigorous selection process, thorough background checks and have completed our in-depth staff training programme.

How do I book?

Either call Nicholas on +44 (0) 7375 540 480 or fill out the application form, this can be found in 'key info', either 'contact', or 'apply'.

What is the food like? Do you accommodate candidates with food allergies?

Our Italian chef prepares healthy and delicious 'home cooked' style food. Each meal has a variety of hot and cold options as well as a vegetarian option and constant supply of fresh fruit and snacks. Our chef is experienced in cooking for a wide variety of dietary restrictions and food allergies. If your child has a dietary restriction or food allergy please call us and we will work closely with you to provide suitable alternatives.

What is Included in the price?

Full board, Insurance, travel.

Are your staff DBS checked?

All of our staff have been DBS checked.

How will I communicate with my child whilst they are away?

Candidates will have the opportunity to phone home via a land line or write a letter.

What qualifications do your staff have?

All of the academic staff have University Degrees, the physical staff, not only have so too but are also certified in their fields.

How many staff will be with the children?

The ratio of staff to children is 1:4

Are staff on duty at night?

Yes, there will be 2 staff on duty.

Are there female members of staff?

Yes

What should my child bring?

What if my child has food allergies/dietary requirements?

This is not a problem, once you have applied, we will send you a form to fill out.

What if I am unable to make it to Hammersmith Apollo at the given time?

My child will need to leave early as we are due to travel somewhere?
